It has already been played. The "All A State tournament is Today at Gibson Bay in Richmond, I believe Walton Verona is there representing the 8th region

Lexington Christian won the tournament and Somerset was runner-up. I think LCA had a 304 and Somerset was at 311.

 

The indiviual low score was a 71 (-1) by a golfer from Owensboro Catholic, but I can't remember his name.

 

They played from the back tees today and some of the holes played very long because of the windy conditions. 71 was a very good score for this young man today.

Sorry. I looked over the board before I left and I thought it was the kid form Owensboro Catholic. Didn't notice the Elliott County score.

 

Congratulations to Flanery.:thumb: Elliott has a good team. The Faulkner twins are good golfers as well. I believe one of them won the recent tournament at Mt. Sterling.

Holy Cross was the 9th region rep. They shot a 323. Steve Rickels-76, Blake Trimpe-76, Brandon Trame-85, and Jeff Minks-86.
