McFarland to Gtown??

Featured Replies

Mcfarland played for the Kentucky Roar correct?

I believe he played for the Shining Stars last year and Derek Smith the year before, and Shining Stars the year before that. I think he played for the Roar a few years ago.

Happy will love Mcfarland, the kid can play. Consistency on his jump shot is his only weakness but he can get it to the rim and score and plays tough D

and a high basketball IQ

He is a winner:thumb:

If this is true G-town is getting a very solid player. Good luck Steve.

Correct, I know that he is a great player, but what position will he play in college? He is to small to play the 4 or 5 and I don't know how great his jump shot is for the 3. I wish him the best though.

Comes from a strong basketball family. Good luck to STeven.

Saw in the paper today that McFarland officially committed and will sign with G-town on Sept. 19. Congrats!

I had a good feeling this was coming!

McFarland is 6'5''?

Yes he is and strong as an ox!

Man, this makes me feel old. I remember him running around the court and not yet big enough to get the ball high enough to go in. :irked:
