Most that I have met meet those requirements of being a tool.

Ok I need some help. I have a pop up blocker and I keep trying to install the flash player and it never works. I hit "ctrl" like you normally do when you want to let a pop up through but the flash player never loads and I can't watch any videos on You tube. Anyone have any idea why?
