October 1, 200817 yr As someone who as spent their entire career in customer service, in one aspect or another, if you have a good experience, PLEASE take a moment to tell either the person who gave you that great service or their supervisor, how happy you are. Definitely complain as well, but realize that customer service people hear complaints ALL the time. It's really rare to have someone compliment you.
