I agree, he should be eligible to play. But honestly, I don't see him contributing much based on what they have (if Euton and Jackson are eligible). He's a good player, but not an impact player. This makes me believe that the move was legit on the father's part. The kid could have possibly played significant minutes at Boone Co. versus probably very few (maybe in mop-up role) at Scott Co. I wish him the best and hope it works out.

How many teams in Kentucky wouldn't like to have him as a 7th, 8th or even 9th man? He adds depth.

I believe he will receive more minutes than you think. He is a 3-point specialist, he should get plenty of open looks. Teams are going to leave him open as they will have to double Phares and Euton. If he can hit open shots there will be alot of playing time for him. Also I believe he played alot this summer.

There's only one problem with this you have Manning and Ford to put into the thumb: both play better defense and quicker! I think he will get pt but at the right time. He shure can shoot the ball for shure.:thumb:

Yeah from a basketball stand point for Flannery I would think that this would not be a move to see more playing time.

If a family makes a bona fide change of address... the kid should be eligible.

If he can shoot anything like his Dad he is a good Shooter. Ron his father played for Owsley County High School in the early 80's. I remember him shooting from anywhere on the floor. The Coach gave him the green light all night long. I know the family real well, and they are great people. Ron's father still lives in Owsley Co.
