They now believe that an oxygen tank blew up under the passenger section and blew a whole in the plane that you could drive a car through. After a suddent 20,000 ft drop, the pilot regained control and safely made an emergency landing in the Philippines. There were no injuries reported. Only soiled underwear.
July 28, 200818 yr Author OH NO. Never good when tings start out like that. I am sorry you had to deal with all that, but so glad you had a nice trip. Funny you mentioned the princess shop b/c I had FF look up Alaskan cruises and that was the ship we looked at. Was it nice? We would love to see pictures. The ship was huge, and I thought it was really nice. We were on the Diamond Princess. We did like our Royal Caribbean ship better though. As soon as I get everything unpacked and my camera charged up, I'll put up some pictures. It's amazing how beautiful Alaska really is.
