I have heard that Alex Young made the Verity middle school team back in May. How can this be, she was a student at Rose Hill. Can anyone clear this up I'm a little confused.

Yes they actually have tryouts. This is the information that was provided to me.

I think they had about 25 girls tryout for the 7th grade team.

Somebody told me they kept 15 girls on the team.

It looks like this year RH team will have balance scoring and playing tough defense.

Kayla Day will be a strong player for them, look for to her to lead them. Also they will have Friley, Phipps, and host other kids that will be able to help.

I don't think she did, however she did play softball for them last season.

Phipps did play last year but she only attended probally less than half the practices. I know some of the reasons were due to stomach problems and other reasons I have no clue. She did play in the two freshman games we had.
