June 16, 200818 yr I just got to Destin from Danville...My folks have a condo down here that I get to use... I started coming down here about fourteen years ago...This is my first vacation down here that I have a laptop and WiFi... It's kind of cool being gone for a week and not miss a beat... And you didn't bring me and BF with you?! :fight: :lol:

June 17, 200818 yr We actually just got back in from Destin (actually Miramar Beach, which is east of Destin on old 98). We love it there. Stayed at a new place called Ariel Dunes, and it was awesome. Some of our favorite restaurants are Back Porch, Pompano Joes, Whales Tail, and McGuires Irish Pub. Hope you have a good time, imo the best beach in FL.
June 17, 200818 yr Author Day two...No driving The wife and I sleep until around 11 am EST/12.01p.m.CST...Then we went for a long walk on the beach...The water was like bath water and was as clear as a Swimming poll... Then we headed back to the Condo...I know that sounds boring to some of you.... It's All Good...
