Did anybody hear how the players from the moutains did at the tryouts? Does any of them have a shot to make the team besides Sloan?

What about Johnson from Cumberland?

I think Mack will handle the vast majority of minutes at the PG spot.

What about Johnson from Cumberland?

I heard he had a great weekend.

I heard he had a great weekend.

I think he can play mid-major basketball.

I know I will have my opinion shredded here on a mountain messageboard, but if Slone is at the point for any extended period this game will be uglier than many predict anyways. Slone is not a legit point at this level of play. I watched Henderson play his soph, junior, last year on the AAU circuit, and I don't see him being an effective distributor and ballhandler to run the show agains Indy either. He's more of a finisher than anything.

I'm sure it would be hard for him since its not his natural position. Slone is a 2, not a 1 but I am sure if they ask him to play the 1 he will do his very best.

Can anyone who went to the KY All-star try outs give us an update.

Im not sure Ryan will make the team, but he performed very well this weekend
