He wasn't hitting his spots as well as he should have, but it's still early yet. 100 pitches would have been better but he was ok and wanted the win in a close one. Iced the shoulder for 20 min. and is good to go.

We all know he's not normal. Question though for you, are the guys at Owen starting to get their gloves broke in? Seems like a tremendous amount of errors. Oh and by the way, he throws more pitches than that just to warm up, doesn't he?

They have made a lot of great defensive plays. It's the routine plays that give them troubles.

I'm pretty sure they knew how long he could go.

I heard that Owen County has a pretty tough schedule this year? Thoses routines plays that turns into errors will kill you.

Yeah, go ahead and let a kid throw 130 pitches this early in the season or at anytime for that matter and then check his velocity later in the year. Any coach who does that to a kid especially early in the season has little or no respect for their pitcher.
