Homer will not be in the rotation to start the year, and IMHO if he doesn't learn how to get some movement on his heater, he will never pitch for the Reds.

So Fogg has a bad outing, and you just want him cut? I mean both guys you have mentioned have also had bad outings this spring, and I think even more than Fogg has. I definitely would not have Homer in the rotation to start off.

 

Yep, like I said career wise they have pretty much the same ernies.

That's not the point. The point is that Homer is not ready for the majors.

I'm not saying Homer should start the year in the rotation, however, I am saying that Homer or Belisle could give you as much or more than Fogg.
