Final.

Congrats to the Paintsville Tigers.

Shane Grimm wins MVP... Shot 28/33 (85%) for the tournament...

Landon Slone averaged 15/11 for the tournament... Hard fought game, but Paintsville was clearly the better team.

Congrats to Paintsville! :thumb:

I don't like Bill Mike Runyon but I have great respect for what he's done at Paintsville. He's quite the competitor and that attitude transfers to his teams. I must say congrats Coach on going out in style.

(BTW - you ended my high school career with losses in the district championship and regional championship in 1995 )

really happy to see they could win this. They could make a splash in the sweet 16

Congrats to Paintsville.

Congrats BMR on going out in style by coaching your last games in Rupp. Now go out and lead a big run for the Tigers I think that Paintsville has a great chance to make it to Saturday Morning.

This game was a good game to watch, but Paintsville was just too much. I only got to watch the Championship game of the Region, but Grimm was well deserving on the MVP.

Congrats to Paintsville on the victory. Paintsville was clearly the better team in the Region this year and will represent the 15th Region the best of any team. As I said in the predictions thread, this has been the team that was supposed to get to Rupp the past 3 years. They have the ability to make some noise in Rupp this year, but I will take a much better effort than showed last night. Good luck the rest of the way Tigers.
