Brandon Baker KABC Coach of the Year

Featured Replies

Congrats to Coach Baker on a well deserved honor. :thumb:

Alot of great coaching this season in the 16th, but in all honesty this was the right choice. Baker is possibly the best coach in the region.

What does KABC stand for?

Congrats to B-Bake this is a great honor.

I feel the need to qualify this by saying this is the 16th Region Coach of the Year. The KABC picks one for each region.

Did Brandon's dad coach at East Carter? Where does Brandon coach?

Congrats Coach Baker! well deserved, we are thankful to have you here at East Carter!

Congrats! Well derserved honor!

Greatly deserved!!! An excellent coach who is extremely passionate about his program and his kids!!!

Brandon is at East Carter as well. He took over 6 years ago when Charles retired.

That's great for Brandon. I've known Brandon and his dad for years but lost contact with them a few years ago. Last I knew of Brandon, he was an assistant at Ashland. They are great people.

Good choice he really brought this team along this year. Congrats to Coach Baker

I remember playing against Brandon Baker in the summer down in Lexington back in the late 80's when he was a player for East Carter.
