Congatulations to the Royals and good luck in the championship game!! Mason had just too many horses for Clark County. It was a good year for clark county winning the district title and getting to the region semis. We just got beat by a better team tonight!! Did anyone see the UK contingent there?

Congrats to the Mason Co Royals. Agree that Mason was too much for the Cards tonight. I actually will miss watching Mason's seniors next year. Congrats to the Cards on a great season, you way out exceeded my expectation for this season. It was a great ride and I am so proud to say I am a GRC Card fan. To Evan, Aaron, and Marc, We will miss you next year, but I am sure that you three fine young men will be successful in your college careers, Dini and Marc in soccer and Evan baseball. Coaching staff....what a great job you have done with this young team.....really looking forward to next season.

I never spotted Gillispie, but these players walked in front of the Mason County side: Bradley, Crawford, Harris, Jasper, Meeks, Dwight Perry, and some short white dude I didn't know (thought honestly, it could've been Dusty Mills). Pretty cool for them to come, especially the two seniors, who won't even play with Darius next year.

Billy G was there ..sat in the end zone where the UK players sat. He was flying form our game to watch UHA and Henderson Co play.

 

The person you did not know is who brought the UK players to the game. He is Andrew Rogers. He was the manager for GRC for many years. He now lives in Wildcat lodge at UK. He is the one that brought Bradley to see the GRC vs Montgomery Co regular season game.

It was very good to see the UK players and BCG there tonight as many stated.

Haven't read any posts yet but I just wanted to say Congrats to Mason Co. They just had too many horses this year and were too much for the Cards. The Cards just couldn't find it in the tourny and just weren't hitting shots like in the District.

:laugh: Poor Andrew... But I guess you could call him like a student manager who lives with the guys at The Lodge.

I was thinking the same thing about their student body...was suprised not more was there.

 

I got to talk to mhighfield and mcpapa....always glad to see these two very classy Mason Co fans. Glad to call them my friends. :thumb:
