March 10, 200818 yr Call me crazy but I think that we could play with Memphis if we played them. There are a few things that would have to happen for Kentucky to beat Memphis: (1) Memphis would have to shoot a very poor percentage from the field, along with Kentucky shooting near 50%. (2) Memphis would need to continue their foul-shooting woes, while Kentucky continued at a 75% clip. (3) Kentucky would need to be competitive on the boards - not win the battle, necessarily, but stay within about 10. Can those things happen? Certainly. But the odds of them all happening in one night with a tournament win on the line might be pretty long.
