I can't pick, or even consider, Steve Nash because of his defensive shortcomings. A good point guard can abuse Nash.

I like Tony Parker, he may not be the best but he has the NBA Titles and a hot wife.

It isn't like the Spurs are or ever have been loaded up with All-stars. They only had what, 1 this year? Parker and Duncan have done a lot of the work. Ginobili has started to play well the last couple of years also.

The Hornets weren't even on the radar when the season started and yet they're right in the thick of things in the wild, wild west. I feel pretty confident in saying that if you take Williams or Paul from their respective teams, their stock in the ultra-competitive western conference would plummet. I don't feel the same about the Spurs minus Tony Parker...no doubt they wouldn't be as good, but they have enough talented players and depth that they could fare better.

Tony Parker has been in the league how long? And he has what...3 titles? He's only been in the league for 5, 6 years at the most.
