Little upset IMO.

 

Harrison gets the winner of Mason/Brossart.

Final.

Just turned the radio on to listen to Mason Co. and heard the final score. Lady Fillies win 49 to 36 if I heard correctly. Didn't see this comming.

Per the Cantrell Ratings it was an upset, but Harrison had already beaten them once during the regular season.

Looks like the Lady Cards weren't able to score enough to give themselves a chance.

Very nice win for the Fillies and Coach Whitaker.

Don't ever overlook a Mac Whitaker coached team come postseason. Wouldn't shock me to see the Fillies playing on Sat night.

A nice win for the Fillies but it would take a huge upset for them to be playing on Saturday night. But, that's why they play the games. Good luck Fillies!

Like him or not, must respect Whitaker and his way of getting the most out of his teams come postseason.

Cards looked a little frustrated on the offensive end. Mac had his girls ready to play and held Clark down on offense. It was a good game. Mason is up 34-20 at half vs. Bishop brossart

Totally different Clark County team that took Montgomery County down to the wire last week in the 40th District final. Seen very little discipline out on the court, no fire on this night for the Lady Cardinals. Tempo was the key tonight, Harrison made Clark play their pace and it worked well. I can't understand why Clark didn't apply more pressure early after dead ball situations, showed press late in the second half but too little too late. Give Harrison credit, they had a great game plan and executed it. No doubt they will try to bring the same tempo control Friday night, of course Mason County must not get off to the start that Clark got off to tonight, trailing 9-0 to start the game. That was your difference, the start of the game.

That's similar to what they did to Montgomery in the district finals.

Didn't expect this score to be as low. The Cards put up 52 and 60 in the district and only managed 36 here? Was this poor shooting or just good defense by the Fillies?

Poor effort I thought on the Lady Cards. They weren't looking to attack the rim and paint. The poise was not there that I seen at the Montgomery game last week in the 40th district finals. Give credit to Harrison County, I thought their tempo and slow down game really frustrated Clark.
