Mon. 6:30 Mason Co. vs. Bishop Brossart . Mon. 8:15 Bracken Co. vs. Campbell Co. Tue.6:30 Montgomery Co. vs Pendleton Co. Tue 8:15 What are everyones thoughts?

J Livengood Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 I'm thinking Mason/Montomgery as well... After covering girls and boys 10th region action this year, I find the girls tournament much more compelling than the boys this year....
Big Daddy Bear Posted March 1, 2008 Posted March 1, 2008 As good a draw as Bracken could have hoped for. The only other team they have beaten in this group was Pendleton. Still no easy task. I think any smart money would be a Mason/Montgomery final. You never know though, It's March and crazy things happen in March. Good Luck to my Lady Bears, as well as all teams that made it to the region. Show'em all why we love girls high school basketball !

Kind of ironic that they have drawn opposite brackets that many times! I think a Clark/Mason semi could be a good game. When they played in early January, Mason might have palyed their best hal of basketball all year, and still Clark made the game close in the second half. Also, Jewel Rogers did not play in that game for Clark! But this is all for naught if Clark first don't beat Harrison!
kysportsfan4life Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 If I remember right, this is the exact same road Mason County had to get the finals as last year, except they played Clark first, where they won by 1, and then Brossart in the Semi's where they won by 8, and then proceeded to play Montgomery in the finals.
