Metz is a junior and Maze is only a soph. Hopefully the success that Bath has had this year can be sustained over the next few years. They will really miss Clemmons though.

Does anyone know anything about Skylar Adams chest injury last night? I had heard he proceeded on to the hospital last night. Seemed like it was a really rough game, maybe a little too rough when this didn't constitute a foul.......

A foul should had been called before that even happened. The Adams kid had his arms around Metz when he was going to the floor, and pulled Metz down with him. All of Metz weight landed right on top of Adams.

 

He was walking around fine after the game, he was on the all tournament team, walked out and received his award, stood and took pictures with the rest of the award winners.

 

I did see Metz come over and show good sportsmanship and check on him after the game.

Metz does sometimes forget his own strength. He will be a beast this year on the football field. Guess what, Bath plays Rowan in the opening EKC grid. Should be plenty of "power bombs" from the Cats that night.

Not ALWAYS the ref's fault; but Pettit got mugged all night and got called for touch fouls all night. Bath Co. looked like another 16th region team that hacks and slaps all night and get away with it. And no, RC did not shoot more free throws; as a matter of fact, 11 of the FT's they did take were in the last 2 minutes of the game, when it was decided.
