Big time rivalry for the championship of the 54th District tonight at PCC. Should be a great one. Hazard has been the top team about all season. PCC has been playing much better basketball since the last time they faced each other. Any thoughts?

This should be a real battle between two cross-town rivals. The Bulldogs have had a great season, now 26-4, and have beaten PCC twice already. However, at tournament time you can never take anything for granted. PCC will be loaded for bear-dawg, and they have been playing much better as the season has progressed. Also, it is hard to beat any team three times in one season. Nevertheless, I believe Hazard's bench will be the difference, and the dogs will come out victorious once again. We must stay focused and play smart!

I will take Hazard by 5 in this one but when they meet again in the Regional finals, I will take Perry Central by 2. Perry Central has the best coach in the Mountains. Are you kidding me? I know Hazard is good but come on man. Imo Perry has the better coach and home court advantage will help the Commodores also. Its also very hard to beat a team 3 times in one year. Heck you may be right about Hazard winning by 20 butI honestly doubt it.

If this two teams play 10 times, Hazard would WIN 10 times. And what makes PCC coach the best coach in the Mountains? I don't care if Perry beat JBS a few weeks ago, everyone beat JBS in the last two or three weeks.

Hazard will win the Region but it won't be Perry Central in the finals, it will be Cordia.

Seems to me I remember just a few weeks ago when the PCC faithful were calling for Hatcher's head on a platter and pushing to give the coaching duties to their assistant coach. Now you believe he is the best coach in the region? How quickly you all forget. As far as home court advantage, I feel coach Holland has about as much home court down advantage down there as the PCC people do, seeing as how we will bring a large fan base and be just as energized as the PCC fans. Also, I believe we have won every game we have played down there thus far this season. I know this will be a barn burner for a while, but I really believe Hazard's bench will prevail over a much more shallow PCC one.
