Ponzer was out in this one. Walton had control throughout this game. The Seniors played well to finish their career's at Walton. The younger players step'd up well and played good "D" on Carroll and got it done. Walton will be fine in District play!

 

Congrats to all the Seniors! It has been a great time watching you all play together and coming to all those far away games to watch you grow in basketball and as a team. Will be very missed at Walton.

I think he will be. Talking to the coaches, they just figured to rest him for a game that doesn't really matter. It looks good for WV to see him in the post-season!

Good Win for W-V. Carroll played really well they just came up short. I was proud of those guys. Down by 3 at the half but still battled through out the game.

Was a good night for the Bearcats! Senior leadership lead the way. WV shot 29/31 from the line and only turned over the ball 7 times. Payton Ponzer will be back for Districts. Sullivan started for Ponzer and has improved over the season into a nice varsity player. Jordan Ponzer played well coming off the bench as well. Seems like the team has come together Just at the right time. Nice win Bearcats!:dancingpa

Descent game by the Bearcats. Underclass kids stepped up last night. I thought that Sullivan did a great job at running the point. Took good care of the ball. Not many mistakes. At one time, 1 freshman, 3 sophmores and 1 jr. on the floor. Good job by Jordan P. He played well, Defense was good.
