Plus, they could still reach a long term deal before July 15 and lower the cap hit.

February 20, 200818 yr He will start somewhere earns him top 5 pay? Yup, it'll earn him an average of the top 5. The Bengals have invested too much time in Stacy Andrews to let him get away. I think we'll be able to reach an extension with him relatively soon, so hopefully this won't mean much other than Stacy Andrews will be a Cincinnati Bengal for years to come.
