Final

Really surprised to see Perry Co. put up 80...

Hatcher has Perry Central rolling.

How in the world can a team be so bad in the first half of the season and look like this now?

IMO this coach has been around the block a time or two, and knows the ropes. He has them playing his way, and according to his resume, it's a pretty good way.

PCC is peaking right when it is important.

Chris Noble hit at least seven 3s, could not miss! Maybe the best shooter in the region and just a sophmore.

This is the third beatdown Powell has suffered when playing 14 region opponets lately, 30 point losses to Hazard and KCC. Not sure if the 56th is that bad or Powell struggles on the road.

PCC is a diffrerent team right now as is Powell. Earlier, Powell had the positive momemtum and it has left as a tougher schedule has approached. PCC's momentum has shifted positively to following the coaches expectations. Both teams will be tough for post season IMO.

Good defensive player, best shooter?

Powell has struggled lately on the road against some tough 14th region teams. Perry Central has been a different team as of late. Both should be ready to go by district time.

Perry got rid of some trouble makers on the team and now are a unit and play as a unit and get the things done that they need to get done to get wins. The points they are scoring does surprise me with Hatcher's style, but when they are hitting the 3's like they are as of late, it makes it easier to score and get into their defensive sets.

Powell is struggling right now but the young staff will have Powell ready come tourney time. PCC is certainly peaking at the right time.
