February 12, 200818 yr Unless March 5th has come and gone they've only played once.Thought you were talking about minnesota.
February 12, 200818 yr Unless March 5th has come and gone they've only played once. Wrong TWICE... :dancingpa
February 12, 200818 yr Which is evident in the Big 11 records. Wait... So you're saying Minnesota wins? Illinois is 4.5 dog, I'll take that all day.
February 12, 200818 yr So you're saying Minnesota wins? I could care less who wins. Big 11 hoops sucks....
February 12, 200818 yr Pac 10, Big East, Big 12 and ACC...B/c you say so? Pac 10 is awesome. The other three are on level with Big 10. 2 - 3 good/great teams and a bunch of middle of the road teams.
February 12, 200818 yr I'd put the Big 10's top 5 against anyone's. Purdue 10-1 19-5 Indiana 9-1 20-3 Wisconsin 9-2 19-4 Michigan State 8-2 20-3 Ohio State 7-4 16-8 Since you're going strictly by record for Illionois, show me another conference that has 5 teams at the top like that. that's half the conference, it's easier for a Big East to get 5 teams with records like that. That would only be a quarter of the teams.
February 12, 200818 yr Big Eat Top 5. Georgetown 10-2 20-3 Notre Dame 8-2 18-4 Louisville 8-3 18-6 Connecticut 7-3 18-5 Pittsburgh 6-4 18-5 ACC Top 5. Duke 9-0 21-1 North Carolina 7-2 22-2 Maryland 6-3 16-8 Clemson 5-4 17-6 Virginia Tech 5-5 14-10 Big 12. Kansas State 7-1 17-5 Kansas 8-2 23-2 Texas 7-2 20-4 Texas A&M 6-3 20-4 Baylor 5-3 17-5

Because I've watched them all extensively with my own eyes. There isn't a "great" Big 11 team this year. You can put Wisky in the good category with a maybe for Purdue, MSU and IU. OSU is middle of the road. The other 6 teams are not good. Call a spade a spade, and stop being a homer. It's not a good year for Big 11 hoops...

That would only be a quarter of the teams. Except the Big East is tough 1-14 and not 1-5. Any attempt to compare the Big 11 to the top 4 leagues this year is laughable...
February 12, 200818 yr Ok, take the Top 4. There is no way you can 100% say that any of the other 3 you mentioned would win all those games. And there is no way you can 100% say it the other way. I'd give Wisky a chance against the other league's best. After that, nope...
