Weakside Posted February 9, 2008 Posted February 9, 2008 Well...not sure where to start with this game. WV basically lead the entire game. They probably had an opportunity or two to put Williamstown away in the first half however Williamstown battled back and WV went into halftime leading by 11. The 2nd half is where things got interesting and after 9 technicals and two scrums, WV pulls one out by 12. What a night!

Weakside Posted February 9, 2008 Author Posted February 9, 2008 Lets just say that some kids need to learn how to control their emotions.
madman Posted February 9, 2008 Posted February 9, 2008 Lets just say that some kids need to learn how to control their emotions. Wasn't there 7 ejections (Walton 2 for fighting and Williamstown 2 for fighting and 3 for leaving the bench during this activity) and 7 or so technicals? It looked like the officials let this one get out-of-hand.
Weakside Posted February 9, 2008 Author Posted February 9, 2008 Wasn't there 5 ejections for fighting and 7 or so technicals? It looked like the officials let this one get out-of-hand. I personally didn't hear any ejections announced. As far as the technicals, there were 7 called on the one play alone plus the double techical called earlier in the game.
BigCountryBoy Posted February 9, 2008 Posted February 9, 2008 Oh my, my! Yall went to a gym to see a fight and a basketball game broke out??? What the heck happened?
1734 Posted February 9, 2008 Posted February 9, 2008 They do hold wrestling matches in Walton at times, don't they? I think they used to be in the armory, but must have used the high school gym tonight.

madman Posted February 9, 2008 Posted February 9, 2008 Who were the officials? Camacho, Ellis and Hilton.

Weakside Posted February 9, 2008 Author Posted February 9, 2008 There were 5 ejections.I guess the three from WV would be obvious since they went to the locker room but why didn't anyone from W-town get sent to the locker room?

Williamstown had 5 ejections (2 for fighting and 3 for leaving the bench). The reason they didn't go to the locker room was because no one from Williamstown was available to supervise them.
redcrossave Posted February 9, 2008 Posted February 9, 2008 Camacho, Ellis and Hilton. This says it all, the man is bitter and the game has passed him by.

From what I hear, even though both benches cleared, only the wtown boys got ejected for leaving the bench.
