Big Al 2 Little Al 0

Featured Replies

When will Little Al get his first win against Big Al? Big Al has a ton of talent coming up at Eversole Middle and plus he feeds off the county schools at times for talent. It may take a while for Little Al to get that first win over Big Al.

Don't see Hazard losing to Perry Central anytime soon, they have more kids to reload with coming up in their gradeschools and PCC doesn't. Not looking good for the Commodores future.

I must say, it seems that the Hazard sports program is moving in the right direction...both football and basketball. It is so ironic that a small school like ours can be successfully competative with the other consolidated school in our region as well as other areas of the state. Our 8th grade team just won a big state wide tournament and will certainly be a great addition to our high school team next year! Being a Hazard fan for many years, I have come to realize you can never count PCC out in the race, as they always give it their all when they play Hazard, their cross town rival, but so far we have managed to stay ahead of the competition. I believe Big Al will continue to be the great motivator and help each of his athletes accomplish the most their abilities will allow!

Remember...it's not the size of the dog in the fight...it's the size of the fight in the dog!

You would probably get more replies on this thread if you explained who these al's are... I have no clue at all what you are talking about as probably most others up here in NKY either.

Al Holland - Hazard

Al Hatcher - Perry Central

Al Holland - Hazard

Al Hatcher - Perry Central

Which is which ? And why ? Is there a weight difference ?

I won't touch the weight issue, but Al Holland is about 6'-4" or more, so he's "Big Al".

We were on an elevator together, at a Sweet 16 game and not much room remained....:D

Guess who is Big Al and Little Al?

Very well said Divadawg. I agree with Hazard moving in the right direction with the hire of Big Al. He is one of the best coaches in the state and continues to win big games. Yes he most of the time has the players for one reason or another but he never lets talent go to waste. :thumb:
