January 28, 200818 yr She'll take it if it helps her win the nomination. It sickens me to see them does this. I supported Bill Clinton in both of his election victories. Even campaigned for him in his first bid for the White House. I honestly don't think that it is helping her. I think Obama is going to win big on Super Tuesday. He won more votes in SC that the top three Repub. candidtates combined

I also doubt that Obama wins more delegates that Obama on Super Tuesday. The Clintons accomplished exactly what they wanted to in SC - they made Obama look like a black candidate. Now, they are counting on Democrats voting along racial lines in states where whites constitute large majorities of voters. The Clintons will worry about how to get African-Americans to vote for them in the general election when they need their support again.
January 28, 200818 yr Quite a rout. Obama was favored in the polls, but nothing close to this margin. I think the pundits are taking a beating by getting the predictions so wrong this year...
January 28, 200818 yr Listening to some of the posts by Republicans on this matter makes me laugh some. Some of you seem bemused and others outraged at the Clinton tactics and even castigate their "win at all costs" mentality. I think that is the name of hardball politics these days in any party. It's not like the Clinton's were the only ones who have done these things. The Swift Boat Vets and the Willie Horton tactics of '88 are just as good examples of people who will do anything or say anything to create tension and/or racial divide to win an election. Am I offended by the Clinton's tactics? Surely. But it's not like they are the first politicians to play this kind of game and sadly they won't be the last.
January 28, 200818 yr Ironic isn't it that the Dems and Dem supporters railed on Karl Rove and his methods and the Clintons are making him look like an altar boy.

He won more than McCain and Huckabee is one report I read.
