It should also be noted that almost all of these are directly tied to a Catholic Grade school and associated parish. For those of you unfamiliar woth the Catholic school version of Grade school, it is K-8. We have no "middle school" per se. I mention this because I have talked about it to many who have no familiarity with it and assume I mean K -4 when talking grade school.

Also, several of those parishes field more than one team. That's a lot of kids playing football.

I like miragesmack's idea of single-sex schools. Kind of a throwback to Sparta and war schools they sent boys to. :lol:

 

Seriously though I've always been one who has said when confronted with the question ", Wasn't it a bummer not having any girls?": Nope. I think it does provide a better learning environment, and give you something to look forward to in college;)
