Russell got out defeneded, out rebounded, out hustled, out shot, out , out everything. maybe they need some more time off from practice before the next big game!

 

Russell is still having a season that is way above expectations. What is their record and where were they ranked in pre-season? Why is it that you are just now questioning their practice schedule? No one said anything when they were winning. Is it possible that some rest may be more beneficial to players who are playing lots of minutes this time of year, instead of practicing on tired legs? Just a few questions to ponder.

Russell's having a good year and they're well coached. This was just one of those games when a lot didn't click for the Lady Devils. They were playing the region's best team so there's nothing to be ashamed of. Russell will be in the hunt come March and a (scary) team that most would rather not draw and have to play in the regional first round.

Maybe more people off the bench need to be playing more so the others are not so tired. When possible. I do realize that Russell does not have a very deep bench this year.
