March 5, 200818 yr All I can say after last night is - beware of TSU. They are playing good ball right now and they are very athletic. The key to Murray is if they want to defend or not. If they do, they are just as good or better than Austin Peay because we are normally able to score some points. If they do not defend well (which they have gotten worse at the past few weeks), they are just as bad as the bottom tier teams in college basketball.

March 5, 200818 yr Interesting game last night between Tech and Murray State. MSU led by around 5-6 points the majority of the game. It would tighten up to a point or two, then Murray would get back out by 6 or 7. Tech actually took the lead a couple times in the second half, each time Murray responded the next possession. At the end of the game (0.8 seconds left), Murray was up 2 points and at the FT line for 2 FTs. Thomas misses the first one. Tech was out of time outs so they kept taking lane violations until Thomas hit the FT. It took him 5 attempts to make the second one with multiple land violations :lol:. It was actually a really smart move by Sutton.
March 8, 200818 yr I told you to beware of Tennessee State - they are a very dangerous team right now. I wouldn't be shocked at all if they win the championship tomorrow.
