Leonard is an explosive athlete, with a lot of upside. His parents are good people and his Dad just got a better business opportunity.

Does anyone think it is the least bit strange that Macon's LAST game with Danville he scores 30 and grabs 18 boards and it happens to be against TAYLOR COUNTY? Weird maybe?

It's too bad that a lot of Danville alums and supporters I talk to don't make posts on here. Then again, it might be a good thing that they don't. I've heard different things from many different people about what is expected of Danville athletes or whether or not they are "eligible" during different seasons. I maintain, Danville is a football school, period. Is Taylor County a basketball power? No. They are better than Danville. That's all I am saying is don't be surprised if he doesn't put the pads on again. I know I won't be.

Someone told me today that Leonard may not get to play this season...They Told me it's under investigation from the KHSAA...

I'd hate that for him if that's true. I thought it wasn't a good decision to leave Danville, especially in the middle of the season. I'd hate to see a decision like this not allow him to play basketball for the second year in a row. It's almost like Spencer Perrin all over again.

I just wonder why all the speculation of a conspiracy..If his dad got a better job opportunity in another area and they move to that area, then it only makes sense there son would relocate as well and that would mean a new school. I'm sure the BB and FB teams at Danville will suffer some with the loss of a kid with that much talent, but, it sounds to me like it is what it is, nothing more.

I guess when you live as close to the story as some of us do you hear alot of things...I know most is hearsay but I believe some to be true...

Word on the street is that the big boy practiced with Taylor Co. yesterday. It appears the KHSAA has ruled him eligible. The 5th region is not happy about this and it could lead to open season around these parts. The KHSAA is a joke for even claiming to monitor this stuff.
