It is true that Euton & Jackson beat LCA last year, however, it should be noted that LCA had the ball with approximately 15 seconds to go, down one point, and a player elected to shoot a 3 pointer rather than take the ball to hole to score 2 or get fouled with the possibility of winning at the line. Rose Hill rebounded and subsequently won. Now taking nothing away from Rose Hill, they deserved to win, but LCA was in a position to win the game.

 

Don't get me wrong LCA is more than capable of winning this game but to say that it takes more than two players to win is misleading. Rose Hill has the same TEAM that defeated LCA last season.

Well his and 8th grader who did play for Sharp middle School last year. He moved to Rose Hill over the summer maybe he just plays fresh and JV I don't really know. But I did hear someone say he played for Rose Hill.

GRC played LCA twice this year. They beat us in OT the second game of the season on our home floor. We beat them in the LCA tourney on their home floor by 10. I feel LCA will win this one by 10+

Tex, being an eigth grader Corey is playing sparingly in the Varsity games, but he has gotten in a few of them. The majority of his time is in the JV games. Here is a shot of him playing in the David Garnes Tourney for you though.

Is this game being televised by WKYT?

 

 

Yes both games will be televised by WKYT. Trust me it is killing my son missing the chance to play that night, he has yet to play for LCA the year as rehabs from knee surgery. A couple of radio stations will be carrying the game also. I have seen the roster for the Findlay Preparatory out of Vegas (DeAndre Liggins team) and they must have had 5 guys listed at 6'10" or better. I was told all of these guys are Division I level players. They will face Western Reserve Academy from Ohio, primarily Division II & III in the opening game. LCA and Rose Hill will play in second game, with hopefully the fans sticking around.
