Oh, okay. I was just wondering. I'm pretty sure that the coach calls the scores in to the paper, I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this game.[/QUOT

In making the following statement, I am just going by when I know back in the day when I played, but the team stat person or person keeping the book always called in the score. This is going without knowing who is traveling with the team.

The local team is responsible for calling in the score and stats for games out of town to the local papers and the Khsaa. Some also call them in to Lexington/Louisville papers.

Mason lost 80 - 65 to North Canton Hoover, OH. Cline and Chambers had 22 each.

That would be two games for NDA of the 9th getting beat by 20-25 , I think they would want to get back and play in the 9th .:scared:

That has to be a good showing for the girls from Mason County.

The game against Mount was not worth playing. Mason could have held them to single digits but showed compassion.

The loss to the Hoover team was a very stong showing. Hoover will most likely be one or two in Ohio this year. They are very strong. Nice showing Mason.

Hoover lost to a team who is ranked 7th in the nation (South Bend Washington) the night before by 6. NDA lost to the 7th ranked team by 20 before the Mason Hoover game. Extremely tough competition except for the Mount team. Very classy how Mason coach dealt with that team

Was it a good showing, or was Hoover just taking it easy on Mason, as you said Mason did on the night before.

I was told the team did not want to play NDA ,They told the people holding the tourney that they want a better team to play . This is no joke , the team did not press NDA at all so in other words it could have got :scared::scared:.

Sorry, not true. South Bend did press NDA. Diggins from South Bend had 65 points in two games. 40 and 25. A junior who is ranked third in the nation as far as recruit service reports go. She averages 25 points.

You have to play better to get better. NDA and Mason represented Kentucky well on Friday.
