Tough loss for Scott Co. They will fall into a consolation game tomorrow I believe. They will be in the Beach Ball Classic next week as part of another brutal Christmas tournament.

They have still had a nice showing so far down there. :thumb:

To those who were posting on the in-game thread, thanks for the updates.:thumb:

Who does Chester have any studs.

As far as I know they have just one guy that is going D1 as of right now, don't know how he did tonight.

Chester features Nasir Robinson a 6-foot-5 guard that averages 18 points a game, he has already signed to go to Pittsburgh.

So I guess it's about the talent at Scott County, not the system.

They will still compete against in state team. But when you continually face teams that are ranked in the nation, it is sometimes hard to win without that one star player. I would have to think that Scott was invited to all these tournaments because of Bud. Come March I believe they will be one of the favorites to win the 11th and the state.

Great point! Mackey was ranked in the top 40 or so in the nation before his incident and that's what tournaments like the City of Palms and Beach Ball look at it when they invite teams.

I expect Scott County to have a good, not great, year and they will challenge for the 11th at the end. They are one of the teams definitely capable to going to Rupp.
