Before that, or atleast until the end of the phase in which abortion is possible, it is a fetus, not a human. So, at one point do YOU consider it a human being? Cause technically a baby can be killed at any age from the moment after conception to the age of 18 when they are no longer a minor.

Not to take the wind out of lbbc's sails here, but if the death penalty is wrong because it is a an independent human dying, while abortion is wrong because it is a human dependent on another life form, then why can't mothers have children, then throw them out if they cry too much?
