HBK went "coast to coast" in 1995, and he remained the only one to do it, until Benoit did it in 2004. Technically, Rey Mesterio also did it, as he was the number 2 entrant (meaning he was in just as long as the number one entrant) in 2006

I know he was near the beginning in the one where he pushed Bret Hart out of the ring after being eliminated, also, I thought that was the longest time ever in a Rumble unless Flair's was since then.

Flair was in 93. He came in as the third entrant and lasted for 90 minutes or so. I believe Mysterio may have broke the record, however, in last year's Rumble. I'll have to check that.
