Did anyone watch this last night?

 

Last night was Raw's 15th anniversary and they pulled out all the stops...The Bastion Booger was even on the show.

They pulled out Bischoff, Hogan, Marty Janetty, Y2J, RVD, Mankind (and socko), the Undertaker, Stone Cold, Gerry Brisco, Ric Flair, Skinner, Doink the Clown, Batista, Stephanie McMahon, Shane McMahon, Vince McMahon, HHH, Shawn Michaels, Umaga, Edge, Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton, Hardcore Holly, Dusty Rhodes, Cody Rhodes (Dusty's son), Carlito, the Great Khali, Hornswaggle, Lance Cade, Trevor Murdoch, Sgt. Slaughter, Irwin Schyster, Ted Dibiase (who offered Schyster $1,000,000), Mr. Kennedy, Santino Marrela, Al Snow w/ Head, Bart Gunn, Steve Blackmon, Pete Gas, Bob Backlund, Flash Funk, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, Repo Man, The Goon, Gangrel, Gillberg (the HHH version of Goldberg), Scotty 2 Hotty, The God Father and about 20 women, some guy in a baseball uniform?, and about 15 divas including Mae Young.

All in all, it was a pretty good show.

I haven't watched RAW in a long time because it was starting to get a little too boring and they decided to go away from their ageless superstars. I love when they bring the legends out.

You could see that Vince was going to name himself the greatest Raw superstar of all time.

 

I just wished that they could have gone through a whole procession of finishing moves on him and not just the 3.

 

He needed a rock bottom, superkick, stinky face, ax handle, elbow drop, pedigree, ankle lock along with the mandible claw, tombstone and stunner.

You could see that Vince was going to name himself the greatest Raw superstar of all time.

 

I just wished that they could have gone through a whole procession of finishing moves on him and not just the 3.

That would be Abe "Knuckleball" Schwartz. He was played by long time WWE Employee Steve Lombardi who is known by most fans as The Brooklyn Brawler. hence Triple H's line to Schwartz about it "being a shame the Brooklyn brawler wasn't available tonight."

 

I thought the show was tons of fun and had Dibiase came out with Virgil it would have been the greatest wrestling show of all time.

 

And man does Sunny still look good or what? She went through a rough phase there for awhile when Chris Candido died, but man she looked great!

According Dave Meltzer The Rock declined the invitation due to a scheduling conflict.

 

As for Jesse James and Billy Gunn- they are under contract with TNA so they could not have appeared had they wanted to. X-Pac, last anyone heard, was still a lost soul into drugs and not in any shape to appear on the show.

Sunny looked great!! She had really gotten heavy over the past few years, but she looks as good as ever now.
