Any leagues Or tournaments for a over 19 team?

Featured Replies

Looking for a league for a team with college players over the age of nineteen to play in and schedule some games during the week and play in tournaments on the weekends.

Whereabouts are you looking? Danville area?

There is a college league in the Cinti/N KY area. The KY Royals participate along with Champions from Cinti. I believe there are around 8 - 12 teams. Not sure exactly. Pat Parton runs the KY Royals college team. He probably can help with contacts for scheduling games if it is within your range of travel. Send me a PM if you want Pat's contact information.

Is that the NKABL?

Not sure about the abbreviation. I believe it is part of Southwest Ohio AABC.

Make sure, if members of a College Baseball team, they get approval from the staff and not to jeopardize any NCAA regulations.

NABF in Cincinnati. College Division / 22 and under.

Charles Blackburn is the contact. PM for contact number.

I think that's the old 'Holy Name' league...

Shouldn't be an issue. Most if not all the players I know of were encouraged to play over the summer if not placed on specific teams from their perpsective college. The Royals had players from U of Cinti, Thomas More, William & Mary, Georgetown, Huntington University, NKU, Transy, Mt St Joe, to name a few. Most colleges want their players on some summer team if not placed in an elite summer program. Just let your coach know who and what league.

Completely different issue, as summer players are out of college and certainly, coaches will help them. I read this thread and assumed it was for this winter.

I'm speaking of regulations, of travel, meals, expenses, etc....which govern student-athletes. Also, clear any winter activity with their coaching staff.

Agree, a winter league would be a whole new can of worms.
