Sting Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 Congrats to the Eagles! Big night for Joe Forrester with way over 200 yards rushing on the evening. Scott jumped out to a quick 18-0 lead on touchdowns by Forrester (rush), Reyes (int return), and Hoskins (rush). Ludlow fought back and brought it within 10. Ludlow's qb Rouse looked rusty at times and great during others. Completed 2 deep passes, 1 for a touchdown to keep the game within reach. Scott scored twice in the second half to cap the game off 32-14...
Red Heat Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 WOW , I guess 5A beat little old 1A tonight ! This year in NKY , anyone can beat anyone this year ! Scott , great win tonight ! :thumb: Keep it going !:thumb:
Qwerty1278 Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 Rouse did look rusty at times, but he has been out a few weeks and he is expected to be back up to speed. Amazing that he was able to actually come back and play though.
futurecoach Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 Well not to much of a surprise. I said in the predicition thread that I thought Scott would put up some points on Ludlow. However I did think Ludlow would put up a little bit more points tonight, but I did mention that Rouse would probably be a little rusty after his layoff. So I really not to surprised by this. I expect a better game next week from the Panthers, especially now that Rouse has one game back under his belt... Congrats Scott on the win!
letabrotherspeak Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 Way to go Eagles. Hats off to Coach and staff and especially the players as they head into the playoffs. Playoffs? Yes the Eagles are going.
