Brohm/Woodson/Couch, ... who's better (NCAA)

Featured Replies

But right now, at the peak of their careers I believe Woodson is playing better.

How?

He has won games for 3 years. Woodson has done so for 1. Louisville may not be the Louisville of the last few seasons, but that doesn't take away from the numbers that Brohm puts up. It doesn't take away from his abilities to QB at this level and the next. All of U of L's problems are on the defensive side of the ball, they don't have a problem putting points on the board.

Woodson has done it for 2 years AND their was much more experienced talent on Couch's teams at UK. Curry, while not a great game coach, was one heck of a recruiter. Even Mumme admitted that he had a lot of talent at UK left over from Curry AND he did not have any probation to recover from. He just made a mess, he never had to clean one up!

I am not taking anything away from Brohm just stating some facts.

I don't think anyone would argue on UL about the defense being the issue. Brohm has been outstanding and pulled more than his weight.
