Congrats to Frankfort, they have a very nice team, still not in the Beechwood class though. My favorite part of the game was the attempt at an onside kick with a 20+ lead classy!

 

It wasn't an on-side kick. It was a high pouch kick. By the way if I recall it was 21-0 and still in the first quarter.

But impressive victory by the Panther's last night. Morgan was unstoppable, first play of the game 70+yard touchdown. 21-0 first quarter.

 

Panther's are looking very good this year. Many weapons to hurt you with Weaver, Metcalf, Morgan, Fields, Tillman, Wells.

Then why not just leave it at "Good game, Panthers." Why try to drag them down by telling them they are not in the same league as Beechwood (Beechwood may take them more seriously) and then mention something about an onside kick that may or may not have occurred? If it did, I doubt that is the reason for the score.

 

Coach Buckett has been fortright all season long about some of the areas of concern that he has for the Panthers. He has been humble and spread no illusions of grandeur.

 

I just get iritated when I hear backhanded comments. All losses hurt...just lump it up and go on with it. Hope for a rematch in districts and a better outcome.

Gallatin co. has some nice players. I was really impressed with #88 thought he should have stayed on the field and never taken off on offesne. #32 is a hard nosed runner and ran the ball hard. I wouldn't be suprised if Gallatin doesn't build a solid program.

 

The difference in this game was FHS experience and speed.

 

BTW Gallatin has some real nice fans. I was treated well by serval of the parents.

Most of Gallatin is as you describe...Is #32 Carlton? He is a fine athlete.

Agreed. I spoke with Gallitan's coach before the game was a nice person, seemed to know Frankfort was a very elite team. Good victory Panthers!

 

#32 for Gallitan was a very good runner and showed his will to win.

68-8 and Frankfort still didnt play mistake free football...Frankfort will need to work hard in practice this week for cross town rival.
