When do Russell and Mason play?
Oct 19, '07 at Mason County
IMO, Russell has the better team...better tradition...better program...better coach.

Now if we're talking basketball...it's a different issue. But...it's football.

The "better team" is yet to be decided. We'll know that after they play. Secondly, 'tradition' is being built at Mason Co. The Mason Co. folks didn't give to hoots about football until Coach B got there and look what he has accomplished in just 11 years. 'Better Program'... on what basis??

And yes, Coach McGlone is a proven winner and has a great record and a couple of state titles, no doubt about that. But don't underestimate Coach B! He can flat out coach and has won games with teams that weren't necessarily as talented as their opponent, but knew how to coach what he had.

Go Royals!

Guess we'll have to wait till October 19 to see whos the best team. As long as players on both teams realize that you actually gotta play the games between now and then. By some miracle my leave falls in October, so you bet ill be there Cheifsmoke!!
