...please keep longtime Mayfield Cardinal radio announcer Vince Dawson and his family in your thoughts and prayers as Vince lost his father Pat Dawson ( a longtime supporter of Mayfield athletics and former little league president here in Mayfield) passed away late Sunday evening.

 

Mayfield has some of the best fans and I know that they will join me in keeping Vince and his family in our thoughts and prayers.

I am a long-distance Mayfield fan and I am very sorry about his loss.

I am really sorry to hear this, I go to church with Pat's family and I know we will be keeping all of them in our prayers.

My prayers go out to Vince and his mom Shirley. Pat is now with Vince's younger brother Jamie who was an all state lineman for the Cards. Jamie passed away a few years ago.

My prayers to Vinnie and his family through these hard times. Pat was a true Cardinal fan in every sense of the word. I can't remember too many games he wasn't there...
