Sounds like Henderson has found the right guy to lead the program. I wish him, his staff, the team and the community the best for this upcoming football campaign. I look forward to seeing Henderson County competing with the Louisville bunch in the near future. :thumb:

This is what so many of us have wanted. Right now though, we are looking at tons of inexperience. Add the fact Duffer did not use his bench much, our coach has his hands full. This coach seems to be a players coach, but he still has that edge you like to see.

If Henderson County has one of the largest school popluations, and with this new coach who seems to have tons of energy, then the community should step up and get these boys what they need. Sounds like their boosters should hit the streets like their coach has been doing for the last 4 weeks.

From the sound of it, he appears primed to take the Colonels to the next level. That is a program that should have appeared in the championship game at some point in the past 20 years.
