Go Barry! It wouldn't even be close if the pitchers would pitch to him. He has nearly twice as many walks as Aaron. If they had pitched to him, he would have over 1000 home runs. Quite possibly the greatest player to ever play the game.

Everyone loves to call Barry a steroid freak... then those same people are glued to the t.v. during each at bat to make sure they don't miss baseball history. Very interesting.

 

Never seen anyone like that. I'll never watch Barry Bonds unless he's playing against the Braves, he's part of what's wrong with baseball and it's a shame that everyone is behind him!

Are you joking me? For someone that's taking up for Barry Bonds you sure are forgetting something. He ADMITTED to "unknowingly":rolleyes: taking a cream that he thought was something else, when it turned out to be a steroid cream.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I really don't care if Bonds took steroids or not. I enjoy watching him play, and that's the bottom line for me....

I love watching Bonds play as well. He might be the greatest baseball player of all-time. I'm not a Giants fan at all, but I enjoy it when I'm watching greatness perform.

there is grand jury testimony saying he took steriods. Bonds can say whatver he wants about not knowing but how many people would take or put anything on their body that they don't know what it is?

It's been said above, but the steroids era didn't just effect batters, it was in pitchers, too. If everyone was juicing, doesn't that create a level, albeit powerful, playing field?
