Congratulations to both squads and staffs on a well played game- especially on the defensive side of the ball.

Tom Posey has done a great job building this all star game. It is well attended, organized, etc.

The Montgomery County facilities looked great. Extras like the landscaping around the bleachers, the seniors names on the lockerroom, the entrance into the stadium from the parking lot, and the press box were exceptional.

I agree about Montgomery County Facilities. There were extremely nice and the men and ladies that were running concessions class act. It was funny about the mic. being on the entire time but that just added to the entertainment. Great job West.

Had a great time and it was a real defensive battle. Cant wait for next year.

Agree with the comments regarding the facilities at Montgomery County. We've watched several games there and they're really nice.

Also enjoyed filling up the tank with $2.75 gas.:thumb:

Yes, We did see that the gas was cheaper. That was a perk. If you noticed on both sides of the program most of the boys were going to KCU. On the gas issue I am glad the gas is cheaper on those boys out there and for their families. Good game

Missed this game , what happened , would have expected East to move the ball on the ground ?

We didnt get much going offensively. Marcus did really well running the ball. The pass plays didnt work. I dont know if I am suppose to say which receiver missed the ball cause I am not sure if that borders on saying something about a child but one receiver was passed the ball 11 times and dropped all but one. I think Fields Davis also did a good job running the ball but we didnt have many break away runs.

Thanks... I thought east would be able to run it ... Also thought west might stack the boxs focing old coach to pass ....

Mason newspaper credits Fleming and Mason coaches for real good plan ... Congrats to all the kids ... Good for football in this area , good for both sides to win ..

McGlone didn't call the plays that night. He turned the o over to an asst. coach.

Was there a reason for him to turn the "O" over to the asst coach. Was it for experience? Just wondering.

I think it was cause he thought the asst. knew more in the passing game.

Just a personal opinion we should have kept it on the ground. The running plays were gaining ground. I figure they thought if the East quarterback threw to a teammate then that would be the easiest way to pass. The problem with that theory is the receiver had not been able to catch many passes in regular season. Running the ball was gaining yardage. Well all is done and the West won. Congrats again to the West.

I would like to see the best of East and West, take on norths, All-stars.
