He always lays it out there and gives a great show. Did you know that he has roadies mark down boxes for the band members to stay in so they don't get in his way with all the dancing around he does? Mellencamp's a very strange guy, with odd phobias about not liking being touched.

I was pretty young but I remember him dancing around a lot and also the fact that he never stopped smoking at any point during the show. He was literally lighting his cigarettes with the previous ones, I don't know how he can sing that much and smoke that much at the same time...
