The very least we can do is give you time to get your system back up and running again. I'm surprised it hasn't happened before now since I'm sure you do much more with your laptop than this, and that has to be tough for you. I say take as long as you need to score last week(this week, etc.!), and I would concentrate on getting my machine back in shape even if it means that we'll just have to hope we know where we stand. You're the best and I, for one, think we should give you as much time as it takes for you to get your spreadsheet to do the work. Anything less(manually will only create more work for you to enter all that information once again into your spreadsheet) will only cause you to take more time to get it going again. So, my opinion is to ignore all those who hound you(they can take a chill pill, in my eyes, and try to have just a little sympathy for how much fun your efforts allow us to have) for results and put all your thoughts into getting back up to speed. You deserve at least that much from all of us who depend on, and benefit from, your efforts to keep this thing going. I've been there, and it ain't much fun. I'd even be for pitching in with a little help to offset any expense you're out in getting it back up again. It'll be interesting to see if anyone else would be willing to chip in, even if not needed! Good luck, Scribe! I only wish I could help, but I've got a couple who I am thankful to know when something like what's happened to you has taken mine out before. It's not a happy time! I know that first hand.

I'm glad someone joined in. At least we've got a couple of posts in support of the one since, without him, we'd have to entertain ourselves with some lower form of fun, and probably would be of the pick out of the hat deal. This is the real deal, and more should show Scribe some support! And as if he didn't have enough to deal with, now his computer has crashed. I don't know anyone else who would do what he's done for what little support he's receiving. He deserves an extra 50 pts., at least, for what he's done and what he's having to go through now! That's what I think, but I bet he wouldn't take it if a unanimous vote afforded it to him. This is a special place with special people, and those who don't realize it are just, well, nuts! :thumb:
