I do not think Russell is motivated or gets it. He has talent, but imo will never get how to play the position correctly because of his lack of motivation.

I'm glad I didn't chime in originally. "He's not bigger than the game", but he is bigger than most OLinemen.

Russell, IMO, was the worst #1 pick in NFL history. Some people may say Ryan Leaf, but I think there were way more reasons to question picking Russell. I, and many others, had a lot of skepticism about him.

Yeah...I didn't think about that when I was posting. I was just thinking about QB's taken very high in the draft. :thumb:
