Coachg13207 Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Is there a schedule somewhere for this . What regions play each other to get to Applebees ? Who plays who once they are there ? Does anyone know ?

Coachg13207 Posted April 16, 2007 Author Posted April 16, 2007 Thanks Strike 3 . That seems different from what I heard . I was told the 9th region plays the 8th region to get to Applebees .They play a close region to cut down on travel .Is this incorrect ?

It's closer for the 9th to play the 8th rather than driving to Lex area.
Coachg13207 Posted April 16, 2007 Author Posted April 16, 2007 It's closer for the 9th to play the 8th rather than driving to Lex area. I agree ,but if you click on the link Strike 3 put in it shows the 9th vs 11th .
3ptshooter Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 I agree ,but if you click on the link Strike 3 put in it shows the 9th vs 11th . DAAAAAAAAA! I know they play the 11th. I was commenting on your comment regarding proximity of the 8th vs the 11th. The 8th is closer than the 11th so it has nothing to do entirely w/closeness.

I guess they figured Carrol had no chance . It looks like there is some bad info out there ,according to the schedule .
lexbaseball33 Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 The 9th plays the 11th, this is what we have had on schedule in the 11th all year. They changed it around so the same teams would not face each other every year.
Coachg13207 Posted April 16, 2007 Author Posted April 16, 2007 When does 9 play 11? I do not think the 11th has finalized yet . Would expect Lex Christian though .
gchs_uk9 Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 When does 9 play 11? I don't think there is a required date, just so long as the game is played before the All "A" State Tournament. I would imagine it would be on a Saturday, but I'm not familiar with either program.

They are really starting to come on and are playing good team ball right now.
3ptshooter Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 Who are the proposed region winners? Beechwood in the 9th(winner) and Hazard in the 14th(winner), who are the others?
Lunatic1 Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 I've seen Carroll play and I wouldn't count them out. They are really starting to come on and are playing good team ball right now. You are right! Lost to Beechwood by 1 last night at Beechwood..Who saw this coming! New Coach, new attitude.. They are getting better every game! I pick them for the ALL A!

Hopefully someone can keep us updated on these games. I am especially interested in the Bath Co. and Paintsville games/outcomes.
